Back in 1979, before Franklin even had what could be considered a “Main Street,” Franklin Village Shopping Center was built at the intersection of South 76th Street and Rawson Avenue. Someday, we thought, this area will be a center of activity in Franklin. That prediction has become reality with a rapid influx of businesses and residential real estate. Franklin is now one of the fastest growing cities in the Milwaukee area. Franklin Village Shopping Center has expanded in size four times since 1979, and currently consists of 16 units. Several businesses are original tenants who have occupied the shopping center for more than 20 years. The vacancy rate of the shopping center has been minimal. We are proud to provide an attractive, centrally-located home to businesses that are providing valuable goods and services to the Franklin area.
